Friday October 14th Court of Honor 1


On Friday October 14, 2016 at 7:30 PM we be conducting the Fall Court of Honor for our scouts in the Lower Church Hall. A Court of Honor, as the name states, is a ceremony held to present scouts with awards they have earned such as merit badges, rank badges, and other special awards which recognize their achievements.

All Parents are encouraged to attend.

The Court of Honor recognizes all Scout appointments, elections, awards and advancements since the last Court of Honor. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony.  Even if a Scout is not advancing, he should come to every Court of Honor to encourage other Scouts and to be inspired to move forward.

Scouts should be in Full Class AUniform with merit badge sashes worn over the shoulder.

Senior Patrol and Service Patrol- “Black Hawks” should arrive at 7:00 pm for setup.

Fort Wadsworth Trip- October 21, 22, 23, 2016  

ATTENDANCE CUT-OFF PAYMENT We will be camping out in tents at Camp Hudson in Fort Wadsworth. Payment Cut-off is this Friday Oct 14 Cost of Trip is $25 permission-ftwadsworth16” for link to Permission Slip. To attend, payment and permission slip must be turned in. Patrol Leaders need to finalize menus and Headcounts.

On Wednesday October 19, 2016, from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM there will be a Troop 37 Fundraiser at Buffalo Wild Wings, 1447 Richmond Avenue. It’s Simple just present a ticket to your server and Buffalo Wild Wings will donate 15% of your total bill (not including tax, gratuity, alcohol or promotional discounts) to Boy Scout Troop 37!! Please see attached Flyer and ticket sheet that you can printout.

    [smile] I got to edit the pilot episode of season 1 in college (we got the footage and had to assemble a cut; then we watched how we all did it differently and such… very in39serting).I&#te;ve watched season 1, but haven't borrowed the other seasons yet.
