Scouting For Food– one of our biggest opportunities to “Do A Good Turn” will occur this Saturday, November 2 from 9 am to noon at Stop & Shop at 1441 Richmond Avenue.  We will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items from shoppers which we will deliver to the St. Teresa’s Food Pantry to help the needy in our community.  The Food Panty is low on food and with the holiday season approaching, it would be nice if we (along with the Cub Scouts who are coming after us) could give them a big delivery.  Please make every effort to attend.  Service hours will be recorded.  Class A uniforms.

Pancake Breakfast Set Up- Saturday Evening, tentatively 6 pm, in the Gym– we need all hands to help set up for Sunday’s Pancake breakfast.  Once we determine what time the gym is available to us, I will let you know.

Pancake Breakfast Sunday, November 3 in the Gym– this is Troop 37’s most important fundraiser of the year and allows us to pay for equipment, subsidize trips, and keep the registration fee low.  As such, we need as many scouts as possible on Sunday to assist in waiting on tables.  Breakfast service will begin after the conclusion of the 7:30 mass. The Breakfast will continue throughout the morning until 2 PM. After the conclusion of the event, we will be taking up the tables and returning the Gym to its previous state.  Please arrive by 7:15.  Class A uniforms.
