Sean, please post this message so everyone can read it. Thanks.

Folks,

Paren(s)/Guardian(s) are strongly urged to attend the subject rank advancement ceremony, as well as any such ceremonies, to help recognize & applaud the dedicated work that our Scouts have accomplished to earn their advancements and achievements.

FYI for New Parent(s)/Guardsian(s): As your Scout earns his first rank advancement, he will also receive a red/white/blue "Mom's" ribbon, and a pin for each rank thereafter. Your Scout will present this ribbon and each of these pins to you, and attach each to your ribbon. You are encouraged to wear this ribbon at every advancement ceremony to show your support & pride.

When you attend these ceremonies, please take note of the other "Moms" who, in some cases are wearing more than one ribbon for each of their Scouts who have also earned their rank advancements.

Regards.

My name is Samantha Viotty and I am apart of the Museum of Tolerance in Manhattan on 42nd Street and 3rd Avenue. We are interested in having your scouts make a visit sometime in the future. As we are a museum about the history of the Holocaust and other genocides, decreasing the use of hate speech, defending civil rights, and understanding one another around the world, we can see your scouts learning here. The values of our museum of are just some of the many things that scouts value overall such as integrity, courage, and honesty.

The website is http://www.museumoftolerancenewyork.com
and you can call (212) 687 1180 extension 102 for more information about this opportunity.

Thank you,
Samantha Viotty
